Managing Director
Sean Moore
Sean took over the company back in 2012 from mentor and friend David Hewitt, being the driving force behind the business expanding with significant achievements in building within the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors.
When not at work, Sean can be found at Shefford Sports Club or spending time with his family.
Company Secretary
Clare Moore
Clare joined the team when Sean took over the company back in 2013, taking care of the accounts.​

In her spare time, Clare enjoys pilates, yoga and spending time with her grandchildren.​
She is also currently learning Spanish!
Business and Land Development Manager
Beth Perry
Beth joined the team in 2020. Having graduated in 2023 with a first class Construction Management degree, she now works to source viable land and new business, whilst building and creating new relationships with clients.
​
When not working, she can be found spending time with her young family, socialising with friends or exercising.
Contracts Manager
Marc Gauntlett
Marc joined the team earlier this year with a strong history in the construction industry.
When not on site, Marc enjoys spending time with his family, perfecting his golf swing or relaxing over a solid pub dinner.
Office Administrator
Alannah Turner
Having recently joined the DGH team, Alannah is already a very valued member of staff. You will usually find her on the other end of the phone and emails.
In her spare time, Alannah enjoys socialising with friends, going on holidays and spending time with her family.
Office Dogs/Happiness Coordinators
Reggie, Murphy & Suki
Reggie and Murphy joined the team back in 2020, with Suki joining in 2022 to complete the trio.
